He further noted, “However, the response from NATO allies and other countries has been lukewarm at best, characterized by a lack of commitment, and this is partly due to the White House’s decision to launch Operation Epic Fury without first undertaking essential planning steps, including building a coalition and preparing for potential outcomes.”
