At a recent press briefing, Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow disclosed that the three crew members who perished in the March attack on a Thai-flagged vessel in the Strait of Hormuz have succumbed to their injuries. According to the minister, 20 crew members were successfully rescued by the Omani navy following the assault, which resulted in a blast in the ship’s rear section and a fire in the engine compartment.
