- Amjad Advocate (PPP): 77 votes — Second
- Asif Osmani (Independent): 38 votes — Third
- Himmatullah (Independent): 36 votes
- Ilyas Siddiqui (PTI-backed): 34 votes
- Molana Tanveer Haidri (Jamaat-e-Islami): 12 votes
- Jarar Advocate (Independent): 8 votes
- Sultan Rais (Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party): 4 votes
