Hunza, June 7, 2026 — According to unofficial and non-final results from GBA-6 Hunza, counting has been completed in 77 out of 88 polling stations, while results from 11 polling stations are still awaited.

- Naiknam (PTI-backed): 5,612 votes — Leading
- Imtiaz-ul-Haq (PPP): 4,540 votes — Second
- Raja Nazim (Independent): 4,321 votes — Third
