According to unofficial and unconfirmed results, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate Muhammad Ali Akhtar has won the GBA-4 Nagar seat with 7,530 votes.
Independent candidate Ayub Waziri secured 6,491 votes and remained in second place.
