Immerse in the beauty of Hunza Valley

That should be the first thing on your list. The gorgeous town of Hunza is present at 2400 meters above sea level. The greenery and high altitude together will make you fall in love with the place. The people are also amicable there and welcome you wholeheartedly. When it comes to fares, you can find 4-star hotel rooms at a cheap rate.

Dare to cross the Husseini cross over the bridge

The Husseini bridge is one of the most endearing bridges in the area. The wobbly construction will surely keep your soul on edge. However, keep in mind that the crossover is not for the weak-hearted.

Drive Along the Karakoram Highway

They say ‘life isn’t about the destination but the journey that gets us there. Similarly, the Karakorum highway is a beauty. It is about 4,733 meters above sea level, making glaciers and lakes at the same level. You will enjoy the luscious mountains and the cool breeze of the road. Do not forget to take pictures as it is a memory of a lifetime.

Altit Fort:

The fort has a rich history and has a deep-set root with Humza. UNESCO has taken the responsibility of keeping the first intact. The defense contains orchids and gardens for tourists. Catch your breath in this beautiful place and take pictures with your loved ones. You can also enjoy a high-speed PTCL internet connection in Altit Fort. The uninterrupted internet connection in the fort catches the eyes of many locals too.

Munch on Local Cuisine:

The local food of Hunza is one of the tastiest food items that I have consumed all my life. The subtle hint of spices and the delicious flavor of the meat will surely take your breath away. When it comes to hygiene, the food is prepared in a clean and hygienic environment that indicates you will not get sick after consumption. I do not have anyone’s recommendation because I liked everything that I have ate at Hunza.

Visit Saif ul Muluk Park

At Kaghan Valley, visit the national park of Saiful Muluk. The lake will take away your breath. The sparkling blue water will relax you immediately and gives you a new reason to love the place and not forget about it once gone back. Besides, the park is also home to mesmerizing wildlife like leopards, lynxes, weasels, and many more. Similarly, the park is kept in undamaged shape without any litter. If you are visiting the place with kids, then it is a must-visit place.

Communicate with locals:

People in the Northern areas of Pakistan are the friendliest.  Do some chit-chat with them and tell them about your life also asked them about your life.  As far as my experience goes, the people are lovely and love to interact with the tourist. Due to the massive trafficking of tourists, the locals have adapted well and behaved exceptionally well.

Do not forget to visit K2 Basecamp

K2 is the second tallest mountain in Asia. It is also known as Godwin-Austen Mountain in the area. The cold climate of the k2 might not be favorable for many visiting, especially the families with kids. However, if you are staying with friends and have a daredevil spirit, I would highly recommend you visit the area and have the time of your life. To climb the place, you need to be highly athletic and professional in the field. Otherwise, your body can not sustain high altitude pressure and the harsh freezing weather.
