Islamabad Refrains from Verifying Alleged Ceasefire Proposal for Iran Conflict

Pakistan’s foreign ministry spokesperson Tahir Andrabi has sidestepped questions regarding reports suggesting the country has put forth a framework to bring an end to the Iran conflict, which has been sparked by the US-Israeli military campaign.

Andrabi spoke to Al Jazeera, mentioning that various reports have surfaced, including a 45-day ceasefire offer and a 15-point exchange initiative. However, he declined to provide any official confirmation or denial of these claims, stating that the focus should remain on the ongoing peace process.
