The executive council of Jamaat Ahle Hadith, after a unanimous decision and consultation with all responsible members, chose to join the Pakistan Stability Party. The Muslim League leadership is levelling baseless accusations to hide its failures; Jamaat Ahle Hadith was with them in the past and will continue to stand by them. Gancha (special representative) of Pakistan Stability Party, constituency one, Gancha’s nominated candidate and former General Secretary of Pakistan Muslim League (N), Raza-ul-Haq Madni, said in a clarifying statement that some newspapers misrepresented a meeting between the central Jamaat Ahle Hadith leader Maulana Abdul Wahid and Kashmir Affairs Minister Engineer Amir Maqam, which he strongly denies. He explained that the decision to join the Pakistan Stability Party was taken after consulting all senior officials of the central Jamaat Ahle Hadith. According to him, certain party officials kept him in the dark, forcing him to make this decision. Madni disclosed that his meeting with the Kashmir Affairs Minister lasted about 45 minutes, during which they discussed GBLA 23 and 24 as General Secretary, but no issues related to his own constituency or ticket were raised. He affirmed under oath that his constituency was not discussed. He added that the Kashmir Affairs Minister described him as a strong candidate, and media records confirm this. While other candidates from Gilgit‑Baltistan were seated together, his constituency was neither grouped nor given confidence. Based on these reasons, Madni resigned from the party and subsequently declined further meetings with the Kashmir Affairs Minister. He stated that all Jamaat Ahle Hadith officials present at the meeting clarified that his entry into PPP was made with party consultation, and the entire organization stands behind him. The executive council of Jamaat Ahle Hadith has unanimously decided that the party will support him in any case, whether he contests elections independently or on any political platform. Finally, he accused the Muslim League leadership of spreading unfounded allegations to conceal its failures, which he deems unacceptable. He reiterated that Jamaat Ahle Hadith was with them in the past, stands with them today, and will continue to stand with them in the future.
