According to IRIB, a prominent Iranian broadcaster, the affluent District 1 in the capital, situated in the northern part of the city, was subjected to aerial bombardment.
The broadcaster revealed that a residential section within Tehransar, a locality situated within District 21, which encompasses the Mehrabad international airport, also suffered damage, as did Mofatteh, an area positioned to the south of the airport.
