Decision to Launch F.Sc Classes at Higher Secondary School Thal

Thal (Special Representative) – A pivotal meeting was held at Higher Secondary School Thal regarding the new academic year, chaired by DDO Thal Circle Muhammad Dilshad. The session was attended by members of the School Management Committee (SMC), parents and local dignitaries. Participants unanimously approved the introduction of the F.Sc program for 2026 under the new education policy, including Pre‑Engineering, Pre‑Medical and I.C.S. classes, marking a major step forward for educational development in the area. It was also resolved to ensure the availability of science teachers and to appoint substitute teachers immediately in case of any transfers. Students will be required to pass monthly tests and the set‑up exam; those who fail will have to sit for the private candidate exam. Admissions for classes six to twelve will be completed by the stipulated deadline, and it was agreed to seek affiliation with the Federal Board for annual examinations starting next year. A regular transport system will be organized to provide travel facilities for students coming from remote areas. The meeting concluded with special prayers for national security, stability and the Pakistan Armed Forces.
