Speaking at the opening ceremony, candidate Hussain Wali emphasized that the movement is not only a promoter of Shia‑Sunni‑Ismaili unity but also its founder. He recalled the party’s historic role in public service, affirmed its continued commitment, and pledged future dedication to the people. Wali thanked the residents of Amphri, stating that he will forever remain indebted for the honor received from this land. The substantial presence of scholars, elders, and youth underscored Amphri’s legacy as the guardian of martyr Syed Zia‑ud‑Din Razvi’s ideals, a legacy that still permeates the area. Wali expressed gratitude to all comrades who helped make the campaign successful. Central and provincial leaders of the Islamic Movement, including Allama Baqar Kazmi, Allama Tanveer Hussain, and Shabbir Hussain, also addressed the gathering. Party workers were instructed to visit households, spread the party’s manifesto, and unite fully to ensure a victorious campaign. Reaffirming his commitment, candidate Hussain Wali pledged to meet public expectations and prioritize long‑standing local problems. The event concluded with the formal inauguration of the election office and a special prayer for the candidate’s success and the region’s safety.
