Former Iranian Official Accuses White House Residents of Sabotaging Iran’s Infrastructure

In a scathing rebuke, Abbas Akhoundi, Iran’s former minister for roads and urban development, has publicly denounced the actions of individuals residing in the White House, labeling them as a destructive force undermining Iran’s infrastructure.

Akhoundi expressed his frustration with the ongoing conflict, highlighting the immense challenges involved in constructing and maintaining critical infrastructure. During an interview with Al Jazeera, he sharply criticized Israel’s warning to civilians to steer clear of trains and railway stations, describing such tactics as a blatant war crime.

He also challenged Israel’s assertion that buildings hit in recent airstrikes, including educational institutions and key facilities, were legitimate targets of the IRGC.
