Peshawar High Court has issued a notification on the transfer and posting of 51 judicial officers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. With the approval of the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, district and session judges and additional session judges were transferred. Additional District and Session Judge Mubarak Zai from D.I. Khan was moved to Chhota Lahore Saubi, and Kaleem Arshad Khan was appointed as a judge of the Accountability Court in Peshawar. Babar Ali Khan was transferred from Multan and posted as a judge of the Accountability Court in Peshawar. Muhammad Adel Khan was transferred from Peshawar to Nowshera, and Muhammad Asif Khan was exchanged from Nowshera to Abbottabad. Nasrullah Khan from Gandapur was appointed as a judge of the Consumer Court in Peshawar, and Nusrat Yasmin was assigned as a judge of the Sales Tax Tribunal in Peshawar. Syed Aqil Shah was posted to Dir Upper, Ashfaq Taj to Mardan, and Sohail Shiraz to Noorani Mehmood. Several additional district and session judges were also promoted to district and session judge positions and posted accordingly.
