Saudi Petrochemical Facilities Hit in Retaliatory Strikes by Iranian IRGC

In a retaliatory move, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has launched attacks on petrochemical facilities in Saudi Arabia’s Jubail region, citing earlier Israeli strikes on its Shiraz petrochemical facility as justification. The IRGC has claimed responsibility for targeting US-based companies in Jubail with missiles and drones, including Sadra, ExxonMobil, and Dark Chemical. Additionally, the IRGC stated that it had also struck a petrochemical complex in Juaymah belonging to US company Shourdan Phillips with medium-range missiles and drones.
